應(yīng)用Application

·YWW系列電力液壓鼓式制動器，是一種臥式安裝(相對于制動輪軸線為水平安裝）的制動器，主要用于門座式起重機(jī)和塔式起重機(jī)等回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的減速制動。

APPLICATION

·The YWW series electro-hydraulic brake is horizontally mounted brake (horizontal installation relative to drumaxis), It is mainly used for deceleration braking of slewing mechanism of gantry crane and tower crane.

·YWW系列為常閉式，主要用于需要停車定位的回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的制動。其連接尺寸和技術(shù)要求符合JB/T6406-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

·配備符合DIN15430標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Ed系列電力液壓推動器。

STANDARDS COMPLIANT

·The YWW series is normally closed,mainly used for braking of the turning mechanism requiring parkingposition. The connection dimensions and technical requirements contorm to JB/T6406-2006 standard.

·They are equipped with Ed series thrusters which comply with DIN15430 standard.

使用條件 Operating Condition

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃-+50℃

·周圍工作環(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蝕性氣體，否則應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

·相對濕度:空氣相對濕度不大于90%

·電源電壓:3相、交流380V、50Hz(其它電源等級可按需要定制)

·有特殊要求時,在訂貨時協(xié)商確定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases are not allowed in the surrounding working environment,, otherwise anti-corrosion products should be used.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·Voltages:AC 3 phase 380V,50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required )

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.

·聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置，在使用中始終保持兩側(cè)瓦塊退距均等，避免因退距不均使一側(cè)制動襯墊浮貼制動輪的現(xiàn)象。

·制動襯墊為卡裝式整體成型結(jié)構(gòu)，更換十分方便、快捷。

·制動彈簧設(shè)在方管內(nèi)布置并設(shè)有標(biāo)尺，保護(hù)彈簧不受損壞和污染。

·采用Ed系列推動器配套，動作靈敏,壽命長。

·設(shè)有可調(diào)式支承裝置,確保制動器工作的靈活自如。

MAIN FEATURE

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing，making high efficiency oftransmission，long service life.Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantlyequalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace.

·Enclosed spring tube protects spring from damage and contamination.

·The Ed series thrusters are characterized by flexible action and long operating life.
